Obituary of Mark Daniel Munroe

Mark Daniel Munroe, 62, of Talladega passed away August 5, 2023. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 8,2023 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Talladega. Todd Henderson will officiate the service. Mark was born on September 21,1960 to James Daniel and Doris Poole Munroe. He was a graduate of Talladega High School and attended Auburn University and Shelton State. He retired from A.I.B.D. and was a member of the Men’s Caravan Class and First Presbyterian Church. Mark is preceded in death by his father, James Daniel Munroe, and brother, James Matthew Munroe. He is survived by his mother, Doris Poole Munroe, many dear cousins and friends, and his beloved dog, Buddy. Mitchell Munroe, Cal Munroe, Scott Munroe, Larry Williamson, Danny Williamson, and Marty Williamson will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffry Camp, David Paulon and Jackie Willette. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the First Presbyterian Church of Talladega. Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega will direct the services.
