Obituary of Judy Reynolds McBurnett

Judy Reynolds McBurnett, of Lincoln, passed away July 24, 2023 at the age of 80 years. Her funeral service will be 4:00 PM, Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega with Chaplain Mike Britton officiating. Interment will follow at Dry Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Judy was a native of Ohatchee, AL and lived most of her life in Lincon, AL. She was a substitute teacher in the Lincoln school system. She enjoyed growing flowers and birdwatching. Her biggest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. McBurnett is survived by her son, Todd McBurnett, daughter, Jackie Cofield, 5 grandchildren, Todd McBurnett, Jr., Tanner McBurnett (Kristi), Jonathan Cofield (Laura), Heather Cofield, Eric Cofield (Angelena), 6 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack McBurnett. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and nephews. Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega is directing the service.
