Mrs. Kimberlee Lynn Slay, 53, of Pell City, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023.
Mrs. Slay was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Forest Park, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Gene Bates; father, Virgil Lee “Pete” Spivey; and brother, Troy Butler.
She is survived by her husband, Doug Slay; daughters, Kayla Marie Black (Jeremy) and Jennifer Lynn Slay; grandchildren, Chelsea Marie Black and Isabella Marie Black; and brothers, Roy Butler and Gary Spivey.
The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, July 27, 2023.
The funeral service for Mrs. Slay will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with Doug Slay officiating. Interment will follow the service at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Friendship Freewill Baptist Church, 901 Comer Avenue, Pell City, Alabama 35125.
