Mrs. Roberta Ethel Cox, 57, of Talladega, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
Roberta came to know Christ at an early age at Golden Grove Bible Methodist Church. She was retired as a Certified Nursing Assistant and was a very kind, humble person. She loved cats, particularly Persians, of which she was a breeder.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeremy Ross Dawson; parents, SJ Cox and Mary Ruth Golden Cox; and brother, Scott Jayson Cox.
She is survived by her stepdaughter, Chloe Dawson; stepson Tyler Dawson; in-laws, James Mann and Belinda Mann; special cousin, Robin Franklin; and very dear friend, Shane Holloway.
The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, July 15, 2023, with Andrew Jackson officiating.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with interment following at Box Cemetery
