Mrs. Vaughn Marcell Smith, 81, of Riverside, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in Jacksonville, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Lee Smith, and by her son-in-law, Jim Jones, and by her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Janie Smith Jones; granddaughters, Caitlan Pousland (Brian) and Monét Klemann (Zackary); great-grandchildren, Alice Butler, Aaron Klemann, Zora Klemann, and Zada Klemann; brothers, Jack Hagood (Dell) and Donald Hagood; sisters, Linda Osbourn and Peggy Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with Bro. Ken Maddox officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Riverside, Alabama.
The family will receive friends at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Friday, June 2, 2023.
