Mr. Earnest Paul Holmes, 88, of Ragland, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Holmes, and by his son, William Holmes.
He is survived by his daughter, Paula H. Weaver (Keith), and sons, James Holmes and Ricky Holmes;
grandchildren, Eddie Weaver, Ben Weaver, Carol Jones (Lee), Richard Holmes, Charissa Bailey (CJ), Josh
Matherson, and Jennifer Terry; great-grandchildren, Dallas Alverson, Arianna Dunnaway, Max Bailey, and
Heidi Bailey; and brother, Jack Holmes.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.
Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Usrey Funeral
