Mr. Johnny Leon Chandler, 88, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Earl Chandler; son, David Bryan Chandler; great-grandson, Xander Lewis; sisters, Virginia Coulter and Billie Kelley; and brothers, Durrell Chandler, Herbert Chandler, and Clifford Chandler.
He is survived by his sons, Richard C. Chandler (Linda), Dennis Chandler (Kitty), and Joe L. Chandler (Jenny); daughter, Rebecca Waters; grandchildren, Dana Bearden, Craig Chandler, Ricky Chandler, Stephanie Dickerson (Matt), Tiah Marsh (Mark), Aaron Chandler, Tiffany Lambert (Esthen), Stevie Chandler, and Kiana French (Ethan); ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Chandler and Thomas Chandler; sisters, Peggy Wright and Doris Lofton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City with Bro. Matt Dickerson officiating. Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home - Pell City.
