Mrs. Monica Renee Dailey, 59, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved gospel music. She was a prayer warrior with a beautiful soul.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ollie E. Colvin; granddaughter, A’mia Faith George; and brother, Michael Colvin.
She is survived by her daughters, Amanda Mitchell (Elliot), Daisia Dailey, Madison Farris, and Crystal Farris; sons, Chris George (Courtney) and Xzavius Dailey; mother, Barbara Sue Griffith; sister, Nancy Colvin; brothers, Wayne Colvin (Pattie) and Vernon “Sam” Colvin; eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 10, 2023, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.
A funeral service honoring her life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with Bro. Bill Ayres officiating. Interment will follow at Hardin’s Chapel Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Jared Colvin, Jason Lamons, Eric Lamons, Wayne Colvin, Camden George and Trevor Poe. Honorary pallbearer is Rickey Gibbs.
