Mr. Lloyd Ray Brewster, Sr., 85, of Ragland, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah “Dean” Brewster; son, Lloyd Brewster, Jr.; daughter, Shelly Brewster; and parents, Jessie T. Brewster and Luda Brewster.
He is survived by his children, Ricky Brewster, Theresa Brewster Larson (Steve), Sherry Brewster Watkins, Gary Brewster (Shirley), Earnest Ira Brewster (Darlene), and Jessie L. Brewster (Gaye); nineteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.
The funeral service will be officiated by Bro. Jeff Sherrell and Bro. Wayne Arnold at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 9, 2023. Burial will follow the funeral service at Pope's Chapel Cemetery
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Popes Chapel Cemetery Fund, PO Box 1231, Pell City, Alabama 35125.
