Q: What 3 words best describe R. and why?
A: R W. Can be described as 1. Patient, he was always calm in any situation I saw him in. When his kids and I were young, my brother in law took time to talk to us when we got in trouble. He never yelled but he would smile when I tried to get us out of it.
2. Funny, he and my dad (his father in law), both kept us laughing at every family function. I have seen them wearing pearls, bows, hair scrunchies and anything else they could get a laugh at. The funny voices, faces and the jokes. I will always remember those times.
3. Love of my sister's life, Sue was so in love with him from the time they started dating. He treated her like a princess. He let Sue take off on adventures, do whatever she pleased and loved her unconditionally. When she was in the throws of Alzheimer's he did not put her in a nursing home, he kept her close to him and loved her so very much. I am proud to say he is my brother in law!
