Mr. David Jerome Franklin, 55, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022 in Pell City.
Mr. Franklin was a member of Ragland First Baptist Church. He was a member of the NRA.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ersie Dean Franklin, and by his brothers, Timothy Franklin and Roger Franklin.
He is survived by his wife, Nita Franklin; sons, Anthony Franklin (Becca) and Andrew Franklin (Anna); grandchildren, Hayley, Lilly, Gracie, Abby, Tristan and Brantley Franklin; brother, Dennis Franklin (Rita); sister, Darlene Franklin; mother, Betty Jean Franklin; mother-in-law, Louise Trammell; father-in-law, James “Cat” Trammell; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Ragland with Bro. Bryan Robinson and Mr. Jimmy St. John officiating. Burial will follow the funeral service at Macedonia Baptist Cemetery.
