Opal Gay Kitchens Obituary

Mrs. Opal Kitchens, 76, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on Friday, November, 18, 2022.


Mrs. Kitchens was a member of Freedom Resurrection Outreach. She was a retired school bus driver for St. Clair County Board of Education. She also was a grower for Koch Farms.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Gay Ward Kitchens.


She is survived by her daughter, Wendy Watson (Rex Hendrix); godson, Kenny Owen; and sister Barbara Bailey (Jack).


The family will receive friends Monday, November 21, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.


The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with Bro. James Eason officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
