Obituary of Oliver James Curran

Please share a memory of Oliver to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Oliver James Curran, 4, of Pell City, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Oliver loved all things cars. From big rigs to construction vehicles, you could find him with at least one in his hand most days, but Lightning McQueen is his favorite. If he wasn’t inside playing with his cars and watching tv, he would be outside riding his bike and playing soccer. He loved to spend time with his Nanny and Papa and his Lolo and Lola. He loved going to the golf course and riding the golf cart with his daddy. He loved going to the park and singing in the car with his mother. He just finished up his first season of soccer where he went from being shy and timid to being a force on the field. He is survived by his mother, Kady Curran, and by his father, Will Curran; grandparents, Brian and Margo Curran and Steve and Gena McCoy; great-grandparents, Heinz and Yvonne Bertram; aunts and uncles, Michael and Connie Daniels, Miranda Hughes, Lisa and Matt Park, Ryan and Hannah Curran, and Arianna Sanders; and cousins, Abby Mason, Megyn and Bailey Milam and Brayden Park. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Victory Christian Church with Pastor David Weir officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service at St. Clair Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 9:30 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Victory Christian Church. Condolences may be offered online at www.usreyfuneralhome.com. Usrey Funeral Home of Pell City is assisting the family.
