Mr. Phillip Jackson Rowe, Sr., 60, of Pell City passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022.
He was a devout Christian man who loved serving the Lord and teaching the Bible to others. He worked for 25 years for the City of Pell City in the Street Department and retired in 2005. He loved spending time with family, being outdoors, and cooking. He was an avid painter and loved putting together model cars. He was a loving husband and an amazing father.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Lillie Mae Rowe.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Rowe; daughter, Jackie Rowe Fowler (Austin); son, Phillip Jackson Rowe, Jr.; and seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Usrey Funeral Home – Pell City with Pastor Don Johnston officiating.
