Mr. Charles Sylvester Green, 79, of Odenville passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eltis and Willie Odesa Green; sisters, Martha Jean Smith and Joy Patterson; grandson, Justin Isbell; and brothers, Dick Green, Jack Green, Buddy Green, Randall Green, and Glenn Green.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Causey Green; daughters, Patsy Doss, Loretta Mealer, and Belinda Gann; son, Scott Green; grandchildren, Cody Green, Jesse Green, Karen Thomason, Melanie VanWagner, Shelby Robinson, and Ashley Doss; great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Ann Robinson, Easton Robinson, Leighton Robinson, Liam Thomason, Elizabeth Thomason, Jaycee VanWagner, Emma VanWagner, Asher Aderholt, Gabbie Green, Ashton Isbell, Brooklyn Isbell, Aubrey Green, Aidyn Green, Lilly Green, and Connor Peoples; sisters, Ann Burgess, Janette Patterson, and Lucy Madison; and brothers, Kenny Green, Steve Green, Mike Green, and Bobby Green.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at Usrey Funeral Home -Pell City. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 2:00 pm until the time of service. Interment will follow the funeral service at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
