Andrew Thomas Sexton Sr. , 86, of Talladega passed away at his home on Thursday. June 30, 2022.
Mr. Sexton retired from Alagasco and enjoyed his retirement by fishing. He also treasured spending time with his friends at Tina’s Home Cooking which he sweetly referred to as his coffee shop. Mr. Sexton was very loved by his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin Andrew Sexton and Lois Marler Sexton, daughter, Sandra Hickman, and son, Andrew Thomas Sexton Jr.
Mr. Sexton is survived by his wife, Betty J. Sexton; daughter, Sharon Carlson; grandchildren, Jeremy Sexton, Andrew Sexton, Kimberly Hickman, and Roi Carlson Hoffman; great-grandchildren, Cole Murphy, Kaitlyn Murphy, Jaxon Sexton, Skylar Sexton, and Thomas Nikolai Sexton, and sister, Lorene Dickinson.
