Mr. William Andy Barnes, 62, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on May 22, 2022.
Mr. Barnes was a member of The Sons of Confederate Veterans.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Mary Ruth Barnes, and by his brother, David Glover Barnes.
He is survived by his wife, Regina Barnes; daughter, Amanda K. Barnes; son, Matthew Liston Barnes; and numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Arrangements for a memorial service will be announced by the family at a later date.
