Graveside service for Opal Odessa Jackson of Talladega, will be Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Midway Memory Gardens. Rev. Daniel Bentley will officiate and Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega will direct. Her family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30-1:30 PM at Usrey Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jackson passed away September 30, 2013 at Talladega Health Care.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roland C. Jackson and daughter, JoAnne Warren-Wheeles.
Her survivors include her son, John E. Wilson (Brenda), daughter, Shirley Williamson (Joe), 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren, sister, Christine Gwin and several nieces and nephews.
