William Ben Windsor, age 88, of Pell City, Alabama passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 19, 2022. Ben was born on December 24, 1933 to William Ervin Windsor and Lela Parks Windsor.
Ben is survived by his wife, Billie Ruth (Young) Windsor; son, William Kenneth Windsor (Kim); daughter, Pamela Ruth (Windsor) Shealy (Glenn); two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Ben is preceded in death by his parents, Ervin and Lela Windsor, along with two brothers and six sisters.
A private service was held on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 11:00 am for immediate family at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with interment following at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
The family asks, in lieu of flowers, that memorials should be directed to Pope's Chapel Church, 674 Pope's Chapel Road, Ragland, Alabama 35131, or to Pope's Chapel Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 1231, Pell City, Alabama 35125, Attention James Alverson.
