Obituary of Mildred Irene Decker

Mildred Irene Decker of Lincoln, AL passed away January 31, 2022, at the age of 74. Mrs. Decker was a native of Greenville, AL and lived most of her life in Lincoln, AL. She worked for many years as a seamstress and later as a cook at Citizens Baptist Medical Center in Talladega. She was an avid Alabama fan. She loved her family with all her heart. Mildred is survived by her loving husband John Alvin Decker, Sr., children, John Alvin Decker, Jr (Jewel), Sandra K. Moses (Greg), sister, Joan Sims, grandchildren, John Christopher Brewer (Cindy), Sondra Cook (Brandon), Alexis Edge (Micheal), Austin Brewer (Emily), Andrew Decker (Melissa), Brandy Decker, Nathan Moses, Caleb Ivester and 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Lois Crawford, twin children Julia Ann and John Steven and sister, Patricia Ann Dulaney (Perry).
