Obituary of Gladys Fay Lawson

Funeral service for Mrs. Gladys Fay Lawson, 80, of Lincoln, will be Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at 2:00 pm at Hepzibah Baptist Church. Rev. Charlie Bolt, Rev. R. L. Morris will officiate and burial will be in Hepzibah Baptist Cemetery, Talladega AL. Her family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm and Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega will direct. Mrs. Lawson passed away September 28, 2014 in Lincoln, Alabama Mrs. Lawson was a native and lifelong resident of Talladega. She worked ar Palm Beach for 22 years and for One Hour Cleaners for 14 years. She lived for family and loved to cook for family. She is preceded in death by husband, Cecil Lawson, parents, Cephes & Molley Hurst, sister, Fannie Lou Waldrop, brothers, Billy Gene Hurst & Frankie Hurst, Sr. Survivors include son, Ricky W. (Teresa) Lawson, son, Dale (Cindy) Lawson, sister, Geraldean Kirby, brother, James Aurthur Hurst, grandchildren, Stan Lawson (Julie), Haley L. King (Wesley), Laura L. Smith (Will)., Chris Johns (Sherry), Alisha Carswell (Paul), Onna Lawson, greatgrandchildren, Steven Johns, Nikki Carswell, Tyler Carswell, Kasey Lawson, Colton Lawson Allie King, Charlie King, Zoeie Lawson Dodgen & Jaiden Dodgen Pallbearers will be Danny Lawson, Earl Lawson, Wendell Lawson, Billy Lawson, James Lawson, and Donald Wesson Honorary pallbearers will be David Waldrup, Wayne Taylor, Eddie Wayne Moore, Frankie Hurst, Jr., Aurthur Lee, and Charles Defnall
