My sincere condolences to Cecile's family and friends.
Cecil was a ray of sunshine in my life and many others. I first met him when my pontoon boat needed servicing 34 years ago. He and his sons kept it in primo condition for my family to enjoy. Later, our lives crossed at Our Lady of Lake Catholic Church. It was a joy to see his smile during the services and at our annual friendship Christmas parties. What a true blessing to be touched by his and Jackie's life, and their family. Thank you, God, for these Pell City friendships for they added laughter and love to my life. Rest in peace, Cecile.
