Mrs. Frances Diann Kay, 67, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on August 22, 2021 in Pell City.
Mrs. Kay was a 911 Operator with the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office for over 15 years. She was a member of Christ Unity Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Ernestine Hyatt; and her brothers, Willie Hyatt and Roger Hyatt.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Kay; daughter, Angela Bernard (Art); son, Steven Kay; grandchildren, Tyler, Josh, Kyleigh, Camden and Justine.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with Rev. Edwin Talley and Rev. Mike Allums officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:30 am until 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
