Mr. Aubrey J. "A.J." "Jackie" Strickland, II, 62, of Lincoln, Alabama passed away on July 21, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Strickland; children, Aubrey J. Strickland, III, Angel Hughes (Tim) and Zachary Strickland (Katie); parents, Aubrey J. Strickland, Sr. (Faye), and Loretta Baxter; grandchildren, Zachary Hughes, Kelton Strickland, Hannah Hughes, Ansley Strickland, Trevor Strickland, Annabelle Strickland and Lynlee Strickland; brothers, William "Pete" Strickland and Edward "Bud" Edwards; sisters, Karen Stewart (Bill) and Lori Smith; stepsisters, Sheryl Norton (Brian) and Joan Stembridge (Walter); numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Tim Hayes and Bro. Brian Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 at the church.
Flowers will be accepted but the family requests no stands.
