Obituary of Ralph Cleveland Thrower

Munford – Mr. Ralph Thrower, 72, passed away July 20, 2021. A visitation for his family and friends will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday evening, July 23 at Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega. Ralph was a native and lifelong resident of Munford, AL. and was retired from the Talladega County Road Department. Survivors include his daughters, Eva Jane Jones (Talani) and Rachel Smith (Gary), his son, Ricky Thrower (Cassandra); his sister, Margie Header; his brother’s, Nub Thrower, James Thrower, William Thrower, and Ralph’s special friend, Patsy Johnson; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his wife, Frances Thrower; son, Bubba Thrower; parent’s, Jake, and Dolly Jane Thrower; brothers, Jake Thrower, Charlie Thrower, Roger Dale Thrower, Ray Thrower and his sister, Phyllis Pruitt.
