Dorothy Mae Morgan Easterwood, 73, of Oxford, passed away April 24th, 2021.
Born February 2, 1948 to the late Samuel Wofard Morgan and Mary Freeman Morgan. Ms. Easterwood was a resident of Diversicare of Oxford and was a loving mother to her only son and friend. She loved her ice cream and chocolate.
She is survived by her son Johnny Ray Scott, brother, Luke Morgan; sisters, Becky Morgan Morris and Sandy Morgan Truitt; nephews Greg Morgan, Harvey Morgan Jr., Logan Truitt, and Adam Morris; nieces Pamela Morgan, Tammy Morgan Hodges, Lisa Morgan, and Katie Morris.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Harvey Morgan, Monroe Morgan, and Sammy Morgan.
The family will receive friends Tuesday April 27th, 2021 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega with graveside services following at Eastaboga Baptist Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
Usrey Funeral Home at 516 North St E. Talladega AL 35160 will be directing the services.
