Mr. Harve “Cooter” Campbell, Jr., 75, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on April 11, 2021.
Mr. Campbell was retired after serving as an insurance agent for many years. He also honorably served in the United States Marine Corps rising to the rank of Sergeant.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harve and Melda Campbell.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Campbell; sons, Jimmy Shane (Stacey) Campbell and Jeremy Jay Campbell; grandsons, Johnathan Blake Campbell and Joshua Chase Campbell; and sisters, Margaret Buttram, Linda Tollison, Wanda Dailey, and Connie Bowlin.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Ragland First Baptist Church with Rev. Edwin Talley officiating. Interment will follow at Box Cemetery in Ragland. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 10:30 am until the time of service at Ragland First Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
