Obituary of Jean Delon Denney

Mrs. Jean Delon Denney, 72, of Odenville, Alabama passed away on March 24, 2021 in Birmingham. Mrs. Denney was a member of Pentacostals of Pell City. She loved her family very much and also loved animals and craft making. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vance and Marjorie Hutton; sisters Tina Smith and Brenda Alverson; and her brother, Rod Hutton. She is survived by her husband, John Denney; sons, Johnny Denney and James Denney (Crystal); grandchildren, Madilyn Denney, Brianna Denney, Mario Tomisich, Marie Hastings and Brian Hastings. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City with Bro. Kendall Bozeman officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:30 am until 2:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Pentacostals of Pell City Building Fund.
