Mrs. Linda Carol Ruiz, 69, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on February 24, 2021.
She is survived by her husband, Luciano Ruiz; son, Timothy Shockley; daughter, Cindy Palmer; special niece and nephew, Tina Garcia and Stephen Tibbs; brother, Jimmy Ray (Janice) Tatum; grandchildren, Hugo Garcia, Isabell Garcia, Jacob Tibbs, Kaitlin Tibbs, Patricia Johnston and Christopher Johnston; and daughter-in-law, Kathy Tibbs.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with Bro. Ron Blankenship officiating. Interment will follow at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the funeral home.
