Mr. Jonathan Derrelle Smoot, 48, of Nauvoo, Alabama passed away on February 22, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherri Elaine Smoot; and his grandmother, Jessie Newcomer.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Elaine Bennett; sons, Zackary Jordan Smoot (Ruthie Elizabeth), Camdyn Smoot and Trevor McReath; sisters, Wanda Reynolds, Sarah Miller, Betty Myrick, Samantha Baker, Raymona Stacey and Mary Eskins; brother, Greg Smith; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Michael Bennett, Natalyne Alora Crisman and Kevin James Bennett.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City with Pastor John McCoy officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the funeral home.
