Mrs. Phyllis J. Rowe, 64, of Lincoln, Alabama passed away on February 3, 2021 in Birmingham.
She was preceded in death by her parents, WIlliam O. and Clara Johnson.
She is survived by her husband, Max Rowe; sons, Chris Rowe (Angie), Kevin Chappell (Jessica) and Matt Rowe (Shanelle); daughter, Jennifer Rowe; sister, Donna Taylor (Sammy); brother, Bill Johnson (Gail); and 11 grandchildren.
Service arrangements will be announced by the family at a later date.
