Obituary of Tammy Kay McKee

Mrs. Tammy Kay McKee, 57, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on February 11, 2021 in Birmingham. Tammy was a beloved wife, mother, daughter and Nana. Her smile was contagious and she showed love to everyone she met. Tammy enjoyed attending services at Chapel in the Pines and at First Methodist Church in Pell City. She loved her family and friends dearly. She enjoyed boating, the lake, the beach, hanging out on Broadway in Nashville, and her two dogs Jesse and Gus. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eilene Beckman; and her sister, Bonnie Lesney. She is survived by her husband, Brian McKee; daughter, Bre Starks (Corey); son, Shawn McKee (Rebecca); father, William Beckman; and grandchildren, Christina Smith, Chloe McKee, Cara McKee, Elsie McKee and Stella Starks. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm CST on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, with the Rev. Corey Starks officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
