Mr. Nathan Henry Hawkins, 70, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on February 7, 2021.
Mr. Hawkins attended Refuge Baptist Church. He was a retired heavy equipment operator with Bridge Builders of Alabama with over 35 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Miniola Hawkins; and a daughter, Georgia Isbell.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Brewster Hawkins; daughter, Nancy Clark (Randy); stepdaughters, Katherine Alverson (Kenneth Burton), Amanda Maddox (Bobby) and Beatrice St. John (Jayme); brothers, Donald Hawkins, John Hawkins (Ann), Elvis Hawkins (Connie) and Fred Hawkins (Vickie); 12 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Refuge Baptist Church with Bro. Matt Dickerson officiating. Interment will follow at Possum Trot Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, February from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Refuge Baptist Church.
