Mr. Raymond Edward Ratliff II, 63, of Ashville passed away on January 21, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Lucille Ratliff.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Burgess (Andy); brother, John Ratliff; and grandchildren, Jabe Wesley Burgess and Jayda Elisabeth Burgess.
