Mable Cook Pettis, 88 of Lincoln passed away December 20, 2020. Graveside services will be held 3:00pm Tuesday December 22, 2020 at Blue Eye Baptist Church Cemetery. Dale Kimberly will officiate the service. She was a Faithful member of Eastaboga Church of Christ, lifelong resident of Lincoln where she and her husband farmed Cattle and raised poultry, she loved her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Earl Pettis, parents Emmett and Annie Belle Cook, brother Fred cook and sister Ollie Fay Barker. She is survived by her sons Anthony Pettis (Carla), Phillip Pettis (Terri), granddaughters Jacy Legue, Lesley Holbrook (Paul), great-granddaughters Jordan, Madelyn and Allison Holbrook, great-grandsons Hunter, Beau and Fisher Keown, sisters Pat Allred, Norma Owens (Bobby), Brenda Willoughby ( Duane), brothers Emmett Cook, Stanley Cook (Lisa) and Dayton Cook (Edith), host of nieces and nephews Serving as pallbearers will be Stanley Cook, Emmett Cook, Dayton Cook, Randels Smith, Barry Owens and Keith Owens. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Blue Eye Baptist cemetery fund. Usrey Funeral Home Talladega will direct.
