USAF Retired TSGT Donnie “Don” Ray Turner, 74 of Munford passed away October 11, 2020. Graveside services will be held 2:00pm Friday October 16, 2020 at Munford Memorial Cemetery. His family will receive friends from 5-7 Thursday at Usrey Funeral Home.
He retired after 23 years from the U.S. Airforce as a Tech Sergeant, then his began his civilian career of over 20 years at different military bases. He is preceded in death by his wife Vetinna Gunn Turner and son Anthony Turner. Don is survived by his sons Mark and Donald Turner, granddaughters Bethanee Turner and Lillee Turner, grandson Donald Ray Turner, brother Jackie Heath, sisters Pearl Lung, Linda Layton, and Dorothy Darlene Miller. Usrey Funeral Home Talladega will direct.
