Frances (Frankie) Stearns, age 87, passed away peacefully August 14, 2020. She was born November 9, 1932 in Quanah, Texas to Willie and Eva.
She grew up in Carrabelle, Florida and graduated from Carrabelle High School in 1950. Frankie was a retired nurse’s aide from Humana Hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She moved to Talladega, Alabama in 2008.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Eva; children, Pamela Jean and Valerie.
Frankie is survived by her brother, Johnny (Nancy) Grice; her daughters, Linda (George) Hicks, Sue Lynn Porter, her son, Tommy (Pam Chism) Stearns; grandchildren, Sable, Autumn, Trevor, Tracey, and George Jr.; and four great-grandchildren.
Celebration of her life will be held in Carrabelle, Florida at a future date.
