Obituary of Terry Caldwell Sellers

Terry Caldwell Sellers, 67, passed away at home surrounded by her family August 18, 2020. A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Pine Hill Memorial Park with John E. Roberson officiating. Terry was a beloved wife, mother and Nana. She was employed as the secretary for Idalia and Stemley School, Colonial Chevrolet, the Episcopal Day School and for 32 years, the organist at Trinity Episcopal in Alpine. She was also a member of the National Gypsum Trailblazers Retirement group an avid Auburn and Nascar fan. Terry was also a volunteer host at the International Motorsports Hall of Fame induction ceremony. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Sellers; daughter’s, Deanna Bohannon (Gordon) of Wedowee and Pamela Sellers of Oxford; sons, Harvey G. Ponder (Monica) of Talladega, Richie Ponder (Amanda) of Eastaboga, Dennis Sellers (Christy) of Munford, Scott Sellers (Linda) of Munford and Bonus Son, Bobby Morris (Virginia); sister, Sandra Neville (Larry) of Alpine; brother, Gerald Caldwell (Debbie) of Childersburg; seventeen grandchildren: six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, Graham and Sara Caldwell; and her sister, Linda Jernigan. Those serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Morris, Shawn Morris, Todd Cheatwood, Josh Caldwell, Jonathan Neville and Allen Tillman. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Peters, George Hicks, Rex Killough, Russell Cheatwood Terry Roberson, Larry Neville and Tim Dispain.
