Richard Allen Pettis, Jr., age 33, of Talladega passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 7, 2011, at 11:00AM, at Blue Eye Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard Allen Pettis, Sr., and Barbara Annette Kirkland.
He is survived by his sisters, Kathryn Sexton, Penny Fulton, and Angie Mireles; brothers, Michael Musselwhite and Gary Musselwhite; grandmother, Mildred Kirkland; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cody Musselwhite, Tyler Musselwhite, Robby Fulton, Blake Durham, Matt Sexton, Dennis Sexton, Scott West, Cory Thompson, and Mike McCurry.
