James H. Wesley, 86, passed away on July 1, 2020. A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 3, 2020 at Usrey Funeral Home with Brother Gable officiating. His family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Talladega.
He served in the United States Army and was an automotive technician for General Motors in Detroit, Michigan before retiring and moving back to Talladega, Al.
James is survived by his sister, Martha Sue Chappell; brother-in-law, C. D. Chappell; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his wife, Dorothy Wesley; sons, Melvin Wesley and Elvin Wesley.
