Talladega – Peggy Ann Murner, 76, passed away at her home on June 8, 2020. A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m., Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega with Debbie Rollins and Scooter Watts officiating. Her family will receive friends and extended family for one hour prior to the service.
Peggy was a lifelong resident of Talladega, her children knew that she loved them with all her heart saying, “that her joy in life was taking care of others.”
She is survived by her children, Cathy Atchison (Ray Wells), James McDonald (Tammy),Scooter Watts and Freida Galloway; grandchildren, Rayven Wells and Grayson Watts; one sister, Brenda Beavers; two brothers, Jerry Murner and Doyle Murner; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Lawrence and Clara Murner;son: Johnathan Watts,and brothers: James Murner, Harvey Murner, Billy Ray Murner and Charles Murner.
