Cleveland, Ga. – Alton Dennis Taylor, 74, passed away April 6, 2020. A private graveside will be held at Hepzibah Baptist Church cemetery with Travis Shelton officiating.
Alton was a carpet layer and served in Korea during the Vietnam War. He loved to fish, NASCAR and had a wonderful sense of humor.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Erma Taylor; brother, Rayburn Taylor and son, Donald Taylor.
His survivors include his wife, Ada Taylor; daughters, Susan Shelton (Travis) and Barbara Partain (Mike); grandchildren, Rick Matthews (Shasta), Shane Partain (Stephanie), Jennifer Taylor, Taylor Quinn (Matt), Nicholas Shelton and two great-grandchildren, Chevelle Matthews and Kaison Matthews.
