Mr. Clarence Wayman Akin, 89, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on March 21, 2020 in Ragland.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Akin; grandson, William Brian Poe; and brother, Weems Lawrence Akin, Jr.
He is survived by his daughters, Deborah A. Poe (William) and Delores Akin Slone (Terry); son, David Michael Akin (Patsy); grandchildren, Kathy Bunt (Stephen), Candace Allgood (Sam), Scott Slone (Sunny), Jeremy Akin (Heather), and Jared Akin (Audrey); seventeen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Hardin’s Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Doug Ford officiating.
