Mrs. Carol “Ann” Ford, 84, of Ragland, Alabama passed away on February 29, 2020 in Gadsden, Alabama.
Ann was a proud member of The United Steelworkers of America.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Ford; daughter, Cheryl McMurtrey; and son, Glenn Ford.
She is survived by her grandson, Brandon (Mindy) Daffron; granddaughter, Kimberly (Cole) Cathey; great-grandchildren, Ethan Daffron, Adeline Cathey, Jessie Hanna, and Evan Gregerson; brother, Billy Phillips; son-in-law, Richard McMurtrey, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Hardin’s Chapel Bible Church with Bro. Doug Ford officiating. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at Hardin’s Chapel Bible Church.
