Mary Laurine Entrekin, 66, of Talladega AI, passed away on Sunday June 22, 2014. The visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2014 from 10:30 am till 1:30 pm. at Ursey Funeral Home of Talladega. Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm at Pine Hill Memorial Park. Pastor Wesley Johnson of Talladega Creek Baptist will officiate. . . Mary was born in D'iberville Mississippi December 16, 1948, she grew up in Biloxi Mississippi where as a young women married a young Air Force man, and they were soon stationed at Colorado Springs Air Force Academy. They had two children and relocated to Indiana where she continued to be a homemaker and mother. ~ She later returned to her beloved south and worked at the Industries for the Blind for over 25 years before her retirement in April of 2010. In her last years it was her church and her love of family and friends that saw here through, she enjoyed being needed and taking care of others . . Mary is survived by her daughter Patricia Hoffman and son David Martin, Grandsons, Justin Kidwell, Jared Birge and Jacob Birge, Granddaughters Kelsea Chiula, Alex Satterwhite, and Zoe Martin, with one great granddaughter Ayla Kidwell and one nephew Emmit Entrekin She is preceded in death by her father Carol and mother Grace and severa1 brother and sisters In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Talladega Creek Baptist Church. The family Patricia Hoffman and David Martin wish to thank The Talladega Creek Baptist Church and all the nurses from The Talladega Health Nursing home who were there when she passed
