Funeral services for Allen Cleveland “Cleve” Jacobs, Jr., 76, of Talladega will be 1:00 pm, Monday, December 23, 2019 at First Presbyterian Church of Talladega with Leeann Scarbrough officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Usrey Funeral Home of Talladega. Cleve passed away Dec. 21, 2019.
