I met jackie 6 years ago when she hired/invited me to join the ADHEC Family as one of her RN's... which I am currently still employed... I saw her almost everyday for these six years and although she is not physically there I still see her and hear her voice throughout the center... she brought me many smiles and much laughter...! I will miss her greatly...

My deepest sympathy is extended to Jackie's parents and family. I worked with Jackie at Brookwood Medical Center in Labor & Delivery in the late 79's through December of 1980 when I married and moved out of state. Jackie was an authentic person who was fun to work with, and taught me much regarding nursing in the OB setting. I cherish the time I had with Jackie, and pray God's comfort and peace be very evident to her family.

Dear friend Jackie was my boss and mentor for over 12 years when I worked at Outpatient CareCenter. She was tough on the right issues and compassionate about caring for patients and her team at OPCC. I have fond memories with Jackie that I will always treasure.

I will never forget Jackie and her zest for life. We were suitemates at EKU and friends from Owensboro as well. She was always full of life....smart... and savvy...great combination. I knew she would always succeed at any endeavor. I am heartbroken for her family and friends. She was a very special gal who will not be forgotten. RIP my sweet friend...xxxoo B

Jackie was a wonderful friend and mentor to me in the early days of my career. We remained in touch and ended up working together again with Practice Partners and ADHEC. She spoke often of her sweet parents and her extended family. She will be deeply missed. My thoughts are prayers are with her family members during this most difficult time.

Aunt Jackie, I miss you so much already... You were so amazing and so giving to everyone that you came in contact with. Kamden and Zoe loved their Jack- Jack so much. I am so glad that you are in a place where you are no longer dealing with the strife of this world and you will never again have to feel any pain. It is so selfish of me to want you back here, but I cant help it. I will never forget you and will see you again one day. I love you, Kristi
