Mr. Billy Joe Allen of Pell City, AL passed away on September 8, 2019 in Pell City. He was 57 years of age.

Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his parents Braxton and Billie Allen .

Mr. Allen was survived by his daughters, Ashley Smith (Patrick), Candace Allen (Jeff Gann) and Tiffany Pulcino (Joey); grandchildren, Ashlynn Dalana Romines,Trintin Romines, Maleigha Gann, Taylor Lewis, and Lillie Pulcino; brothers, Dennis Allen and Michael Allen; and his sister, Phyllis Ramsay.   

The memorial service for Mr. Allen will be at 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Pell City Second Baptist Church (103 33rd St N Pell City, Al 35125).
