Tom was a part of the family for 31 years. We met in school and became the best of friends. He love adventures -here are some he went on with us--Universal Studio,Orlando, Fl. ( rode the wild Simpson ride), went to the top of Vulcan and had to ride an elevator down, Sloss Furnace tour, walked the ADA trail to Bald Rock and climbed the Observation tower at Cheaha, Old Alabama capital in Cahaba, Selma, Capital Building ,Historical Museum, & Old Alabama Town in Montgomery, Kymulga Grist Mill, the Renaissance Festival in Fairburn, Ga. and a Christmas Holiday in Indiana . He loved World of Wheels in B'ham, antique car shows, and Wrestling Events local and on T.V. He was a brother to me

Tommy was such a sweetheart. All the years I would see him wandering around Pell City mostly at the game room until it closed. He would always say "Come see me." Id say ok but never got a chance. That was the last thing he said when i saw him a few months ago. He also talked about how much he missed his mom. He told me he was moving into an apartment but he really didn't want to, he wanted to stay in his house. It makes me sad to see it for sale. He felt like a burden to certain people. It breaks my heart that he died alone. I really loved him and always wished better for him. Now he has the best, up there with his mom. I know hes happy now. That eases my mind. I wanted to go to the funeral but im in a wheelchair cant walk right now. I know he knew I loved him. Rest in Heaven "cuz" he always called me cuz. I'm glad I got to see him before he passed to tell him I love him and introduce him to my boys. He was so sweet and funny, he had them laughing so hard. They usually dont just take to people like that. They could tell he was a good person. He really was. He will be greatly missed. All my love Tommy Flying high on angels wings

I am so saddened to hear of Thomas' passing. He was a loved member of our church. He attended bible study and worship with us regularly. He was such a wonderful person, full of joy and he loved Jesus. He loved his family. I am so sorry that he has passed. We will miss him terribly.

I first met Thomas while standing in line in Pell City for food; not much later he became my neighbor.
He loved my dog & my dog loved all the attention he got from Thomas. I never heard a mean word come out of Thomas' mouth, and never saw a hateful face. He was just a very nice young man with a good heart. Gonna miss him.
