Cheryl Ann Forsyth Shaff, age 66, passed away June 9, 2019.
She is survived by her husband, Glen Shaff; two sons, Derek Horseman and Ian Horseman; her mother, Joyce Forsyth; one sister, Heather Forsyth and loved being at home with her family and dogs, “Tank” and “Jaws”.
